Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer flat-rate and real-time calculated shipping options via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx at checkout. Delivery times and rates vary depending on your location:

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages
ARTISTBOXXX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our beauty products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@artistboxxx.com with the following:

We will happily replace the item or issue a refund if eligible.
Refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for color or product preferences.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases of approved returns for damaged goods, ARTISTBOXXX will cover return shipping.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
